I have done this a dozen times. Now the door opens up very slowly. The motor turns a 1/2 turn then stops and restarts every 15 seconds opening the door very slowly. Is the circuit board bad or is there a simple repair? Thanks. Rodger Orman rodgerorman@yahoo.com

I left the unit alone in the up position during the day and then retested it by simulating night by covering the sensor and the door closed. I then uncovered the light sensor and the door opened normally. Maybe it reset itself?
